    SYSPRO: Simplifying Success through ERP

Shaun Butler ,Regional CEO - Asia Pacific, sysproShaun Butler , Regional CEO - Asia Pacific

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market is rapidly changing. ERP Software helps automate and integrate core business processes from taking customer orders and scheduling operations, through to keeping inventory records and managing financial data. Expectations for cloud-based systems are increasing and vendors’ ever growing capabilities are contributing to an already competitive landscape.

Introducing SYSPRO—a market leader in ERP solutions. The company offers fully integrated software solutions that can be deployed either in the cloud, onpremise, or accessed via any mobile device, which means that customers can stay up to date, even on the go.

The company’s core markets are manufacturers and distributors, and SYSPRO delivers industry-specific capabilities that help customers streamline processes via a customizable user interface. “SYSPRO is all about consulting with our customers on a regular basis to identify their business challenges and how we can solve those challenges by developing solution features in our product lifecycle, specifically designed to optimize and future proof their businesses,” says Shaun Butler, Regional CEO for Asia Pacific.

SYSPRO has seen a lot of recent success in the food and beverage, fabricated metal, industrial machinery and equipment, and automotive parts and accessories sectors. A typical company in the manufacturing and distribution industry might be a medium sized customer coming off a larger system that was too complex, or a local multinational that doesn’t have the bandwidth or scope to implement what the global headquarters are rolling out for example.

When it comes to implementation, SYSPRO has refined the process to make it as smooth as possible for their customers. “Our implementation process is based on a global methodology called IDEAL, which is a scalable, structured, and phased implementation approach consisting of predefined inputs, activities, and outputs. It identifies challenges before they actually occur to make sure there is a smooth and optimized business process that’s successful,” states Shaun Butler.

The company is one of the longest standing independent vendors of ERP business software solutions and services, with almost 40 years’ experience in the industry. Their unique software is developed around Microsoft technology, from the ground up, as a single source code.

They have a track record of managed sustainable growth and are operational in over 60 countries, across six continents with over 1,600 channel resources. Human relations are a key factor in SYSPRO’s success, and as such, they are proud to have a 98 percent customer retention rate and an equally impressive staff retention rate.

The future remains positive for the global company, with continuous improvement at the forefront of everything. “Some of the new innovations going into the software right now are Bots technology and predictive search. We’re committed to bring machine learning, artificial intelligence, and IoT to the market in 2017, and we’re often leading the way in technology for these new features,” says Shaun Butler.

Currently evolving and being rolled out for the company includes a global strategy that the company are calling ‘Gearing for Growth,’ which is focused on enhancing and developing their channel program and adding new partners where necessary, all while continuing to remain focused on existing customers’ needs.
